Evil Neuro, more commonly referred to as Evil, is Neuro-sama’s sister. In March 2023, after her creator, Vedal987, attempted to upgrade Neuro’s version 1 talking voice, due to the un-satisfied reaction of fans and Vedal himself due to the new voice not fitting Neuro-sama, Vedal would give this new voice to a new AI, dubbed “Evil Neuro”. Due to the more expressive voice, Evil has quite more expressiveness when talking, and especially in singing.
